Barnes Vanze was also selected to Master plan a 17 acre site to accommodate the new St. Patrick's Episcopal Middle and Upper School, a four acre park and a 27 home neighborhood. This neighboring development lies across the narrow National Park to the South of the Phillips Park development and was carefully designed to form a complement to the Phillips Park Development .
