Amanda Healy Cantarella ASSOCIATE AIA
Amanda’s lifelong passion for the fine arts began as a child growing up on Long Island, New York where prominent architecture was ever-present. Invaluable lessons of design and personal integrity learned throughout that time have proved profoundly influential and continue to inform all aspects of Amanda’s career.
After moving to Washington, DC, she proudly joined BVA in 2001 where she thrives in the creative process and facilitates high-end residential projects from inception to completion. Her drafting and communication skills serve her clients and colleagues alike and exemplify efficient project management. Amanda also leads, scouts, sources, and stages BVA’s photoshoots, as well as editing images post-production. Collaborating with others through to the completion of a project, she’s honored and grateful to produce a superior product.
Amanda’s commitment to her profession is deepened by her active participation in the American Institute of Architects, Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the ICAA, THE Art Club and to her community, where she serves as a volunteer at the Capitol Area Food Bank.
