At the edge of Acadia National Park, this seaside cottage required a complete structural overhaul while preserving the original pagoda-style roofline and swooped dormers. Arched openings cut through the heavy walls increase interior light, and the entertainment space appears suspended over the water, affording the new Family Room, Bar, Kitchen, and Dining Room 180° views of the ocean.
