Embassy Row
This grand Georgian townhouse was in need of a full refit and reorganization. We freed up valuable floor space across three floors by replacing a full-height concrete back stair with a more compact, elegant spiral stair. This was used for expanded family and bedroom spaces facing the garden. We added a two-story bay to further connect the garden with the living room and principal suite. All interiors were refinished and the kitchen and all bathrooms were reimagined and finished. Finally, the rear terrace was enlarged with sweeping new stairs which both invite engagement with the private garden.
