A Flemish Revival townhouse on Embassy Row had been abandoned for many years. The rear portion of the house required extensive repair adhering to Historic Preservation guidelines. Rebuilt Flemish gabled dormers, a new slate roof, and rear addition housing the Master Suite are combined with a terrace, landscaped gardens, and restored details to preserve the home’s historic appeal.
