The 1920s-era home had a Mediterranean façade but a standard Colonial layout. To authenticate its Mediterranean-Revival credentials, the façade is clad in hand-finished, natural stucco. French doors topped by casement windows replace old windows. Details include bracketed entablatures over the doors and decorative Purlins under the eaves. A new wing features vaulted ceilings with anenclosed side porch.
