Rock Creek Park
The early 20th-century, English-style house is built of solid granite quarried from Rock Creek Park. It now features an upgraded Kitchen, new rear entrance, and Breakfast porch with granite arches over heated limestone flooring. A four-story elevator, “Belvedere” stair tower, upgraded Master Suite, and attic workout room complete the renovation. More recently, and in collaboration with Platt Home, we undertook a comprehensive interior renovation, bringing cohesion and modern livability to this historic structure. A newly designed poolhouse, garage, and guest quarters were also added. Sited near the rear gate, this auxiliary structure evokes the presence of a traditional gatehouse, reinforcing the property’s sense of approach and architectural intent.
